How is this different from a traditional property manager?
We handle the full online management remotely, without physical presence. For cleaning and maintenance we coordinate with local providers.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on property size, number of listings and booking volume. A small studio is priced differently than a 5-bedroom villa. Send us your Booking or Airbnb link and we'll send a tailored quote within 24 hours. We typically offer two models: performance-based (% per booking) or flat monthly fee.
What about cleaning and maintenance?
We coordinate local providers you already work with. If you don't have any, we help you find them. We handle scheduling and communication.
How fast can we start?
Onboarding in 7-14 days. We need access to Booking/Airbnb, keys or smart lock, and a brief on the property.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. 30-day notice. No long-term contract. We work on results.
I already have Booking and Airbnb. Will I lose my reviews?
No. We continue using your existing listings. We just manage them. All reviews and history remain intact.
