What is included in the €900 price?

Custom GR+EN website, booking enquiry form, reviews, SEO setup, 1st-year domain & hosting and full setup if needed, 3 months of free content edits and 1st year maintenance free.

How do bookings work on the site?

Booking enquiry form: the guest sends dates and you reply directly, with no platform commission.

Do I need my own domain or hosting?

If you don't have them, they are included in the €900 price (first year) and belong to you 100%. From year 2, renewals are included in the €200/year maintenance plan.

Can I keep Booking.com?

Yes. The site complements platforms for brand search, repeat guests and direct bookings.

Do you take a percentage of my bookings?

No. Direct bookings are 100% yours.

How long does delivery take?

1. Introduction

Welcome to mystaysite.com. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

mystaysite.com offers website design and development services for vacation rentals, villas and accommodations worldwide. Services include website development, SEO, booking systems, review integration and technical support, depending on the selected package.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices refer to a one-time development cost, unless otherwise stated. The Website Package costs €900 and includes 1st-year domain & hosting if the client does not have them yet. Yearly technical maintenance is €200/year, with the first year included for all new packages, and includes domain & hosting renewals. The engagement starts with a 30% deposit of the package value, with the remaining 70% paid upon delivery and approval of the final site. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Viva Wallet, Crypto.

4. Guarantees

Revisions before delivery: We make the necessary revisions within the agreed brief before final delivery. Google setup: We configure sitemap, basic SEO and Search Console so the site can be discovered correctly. 6-month technical guarantee: If a technical issue appears within 6 months, we fix it at no extra cost.

5. Ownership & Copyright

After full payment, the client acquires full ownership of the website, content, code, domain and hosting. Initial domain & hosting setup (first year) is included in the Website Package (€900) if the client does not have them yet. From year 2, domain & hosting renewals are included in the €200/year maintenance plan. mystaysite.com retains the right to use the website we built — including representative screenshots, videos, mockups and portions of it — for promotional purposes: in our portfolio, on social media (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), in advertising, case studies and other marketing materials. By accepting these terms, the client grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for the above use at no extra charge, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Materials provided by the client (photos, text, logos) remain their responsibility; we only use what has been lawfully supplied to us for showcasing the work.

6. Client Obligations

The client must provide the necessary materials (photos, text, links) in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may affect delivery time. The client warrants that all provided material does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. Changes & Modifications

Changes within the original brief are made free of charge before the site goes live. For 3 months after delivery, edits to text, prices and photos are also free of charge. After that period, content edits are handled by agreement. Yearly technical maintenance (€200/year, 1st year free) covers updates, backups, security, bug fixes, domain & hosting renewals and checks that everything works correctly. Major scope changes (e.g., structural changes, new features) may require additional charges.

8. Cancellation

The 30% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers the initial design and technical work. If the client cancels after initial design delivery but before completion, they owe an additional 30% of the remaining balance as compensation for work already produced; the design remains the property of mystaysite.com unless fully paid. Yearly maintenance can be cancelled before renewal each year.

9. Limitation of Liability

mystaysite.com is not liable for loss of revenue, data or profits arising from the use or inability to use the website. We do not guarantee specific booking results or Google rankings. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

10. Data Protection

Personal data collected is used exclusively for service provision. We do not share data with third parties without your consent. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@mystaysite.com.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Greek Law.

12. Amendments

mystaysite.com reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
